ao99 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ao99 platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ao99 ("ao99", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ao99 website, mobile platform, games, sports betting markets and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager or claiming a bonus, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.
ao99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. Where a material change is made, ao99 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the contact details on their account.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To register and maintain an account on ao99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. ao99 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any point. Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility will result in account suspension or permanent closure, and any funds obtained in breach of eligibility requirements may be voided.
- You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during use of the Platform.
- You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust or other legal entity) and acting on your own behalf.
- You must provide accurate, complete and current registration information and keep that information up to date.
- You must not be a current employee, director, officer or agent of ao99 or any of its affiliated companies, nor a close family member of such a person.
- You must have only one registered account on ao99. Duplicate accounts, including accounts in different names associated with the same individual, are strictly prohibited.
ao99 operates a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) process. All players may be required to submit identity documents (national ID, passport or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed or at any point during account activity. ao99 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending KYC completion.
3. Account Registration and Security
Registration
Account registration on ao99 is free of charge. Each player may hold only one account. To register, you must provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number, a password, and agree to these Terms. ao99 may require additional information at registration or at any subsequent time to verify identity, age or payment method. All information provided must be truthful and accurate — providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. ao99 strongly recommends the following security practices:
- Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other platform or website.
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account security settings.
- Never share your password, OTP codes or account details with any third party. ao99 staff will never ask for your password.
Inactive and Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login or transaction activity for a continuous period of 12 months. ao99 reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts and, after a further reasonable notice period, to close dormant accounts in accordance with applicable procedures. Any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with ao99's dormant account policy in effect at the time.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods
Deposits
ao99 accepts deposits through the following Bangladesh payment methods. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the time of deposit. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name — third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned if identified.
- bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile financial service. Deposits are credited instantly to your ao99 wallet.
- Nagad — Bangladesh Post Office's digital financial service, accepted for instant deposits.
- Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard are also accepted. Processing times and limits vary by method and are shown at the point of transaction.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions. ao99 aims to process all verified withdrawal requests promptly. Minimum withdrawal amounts, maximum withdrawal limits and processing timeframes are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time.
- Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used for a deposit, in the same name as the account holder, unless ao99 explicitly approves an alternative method in writing.
- Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. ao99 reserves the right to request additional documents before processing any withdrawal.
- Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be met in full before the associated balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
- ao99 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on large or unusual withdrawal requests. This may extend processing times but will not result in funds being permanently withheld where the account is in good standing and all eligibility criteria are met.
5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements
ao99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific Terms and Conditions that are published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and a specific promotion's Terms, the specific promotion's Terms shall prevail. The following general principles apply to all ao99 bonuses:
- Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player welcome bonuses are available to first-time depositors only, on the first qualifying deposit.
- All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before the bonus balance or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier for each bonus is stated in that bonus's Terms.
- Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.
- ao99 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any ongoing wagering requirements in progress will be honoured.
- ao99 reserves the right to refuse, withhold or reclaim any bonus where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that abuse, fraud or a breach of these Terms has occurred in connection with the bonus.
Free spins awarded as part of a promotion will be credited to the eligible game(s) specified in the promotion details. Free spin winnings are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the applicable promotion Terms. Free spins not used within the specified validity period will expire automatically.
6. Betting and Gaming Rules
All bets and wagers placed on ao99 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game, sport or betting market. These rules are accessible within the Platform. By placing a bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the rules applicable to that bet or wager. The following general rules apply across all products on ao99:
Sports Betting
All sports betting markets on ao99 — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, hockey and other sports — are subject to the specific market rules displayed alongside each market. ao99 reserves the right to void any bet where:
- The bet was placed using incorrect odds resulting from a manifest error or technical fault on ao99's systems.
- The event to which the bet relates is cancelled, abandoned or otherwise does not produce a result that enables the market to be settled.
- ao99 has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed in contravention of these Terms, including use of prohibited software or manipulation of outcomes.
Casino and Live Casino
All casino games and live casino tables on ao99 are provided by third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe and others. The rules of each game are governed by the relevant game provider's rules, which are accessible within the game interface. ao99 is not responsible for the rules, outcomes or technical operation of games provided by third-party providers. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all games are published by the respective game providers. Results in all casino games are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ao99. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, and if the breach is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and all funds (including deposits, winnings and bonuses) may be forfeited. ao99 reserves the right to report prohibited conduct to relevant authorities where required by law.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, complete wagering requirements or exploit any aspect of the Platform.
- Collusion with other players, match fixing, or any form of coordinated betting activity designed to guarantee profit or manipulate game outcomes.
- Registering more than one account, using another person's identity, or providing false information during registration or KYC verification.
- Exploiting errors, bugs, glitches or pricing mistakes in the Platform's systems, including placing bets on obviously incorrect odds.
- Money laundering, including depositing funds for the purpose of withdrawal without genuine gaming activity, or using ao99 to process funds derived from illegal activity.
- Harassing, threatening or abusing ao99 staff or other players through any communication channel associated with the Platform.
ao99 employs dedicated fraud detection, anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming monitoring systems. These systems operate continuously and may flag accounts for review without prior notice. Where an account is flagged, ao99 may temporarily restrict account functionality while a review is conducted. ao99 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies where required.
8. Responsible Gaming
ao99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing players with tools to manage their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players and can be activated from within your account settings at any time:
- Deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly) — cap the amount you can deposit into your ao99 account within a set period.
- Loss limits (daily, weekly and monthly) — cap the amount you can lose within a set period before betting activity is paused.
- Session time limits and reminders — receive notifications after a set period of continuous play to prompt a break.
- Self-exclusion — temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from ao99. Temporary self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to 6 months. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible and results in account closure.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the ao99 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of ao99 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, perform, publish or exploit any content from the Platform without ao99's prior written consent, except as permitted by applicable law.
The ao99 brand name, logo and all associated marks are trademarks of ao99. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use ao99's trademarks, trade names or logos. Any unauthorised use of ao99's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ao99 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses or damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Losses arising from the outcome of any bet, wager, game or sporting event, regardless of whether ao99's systems, odds or information were accurate or contained errors.
- Losses or damages arising from temporary unavailability, downtime, technical faults, server errors, or interruptions to the Platform caused by events outside ao99's reasonable control.
- Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
Nothing in this clause limits ao99's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by ao99's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law. In all cases where ao99's liability is not excluded, ao99's aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your ao99 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Account Termination and Suspension
ao99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to the following:
- Breach of these Terms or any specific product or promotion terms, including conduct listed under Section 7 (Prohibited Conduct).
- Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements, including failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft or any activity that ao99 believes poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players.
A player may also close their own account at any time by contacting ao99 support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining balance (net of applicable bonus funds subject to uncompleted wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to KYC verification being complete. ao99 will process such requests within a reasonable timeframe.
12. Amendments to These Terms
ao99 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document. Where ao99 makes a material change to these Terms, it will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or in-platform notification. Non-material clarifications and corrections may be made without individual notice.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
